Two Tiers. Different Consent Requirements.
Neither Stores a Single Face.

The consent requirements depend on which tier you use. Standard needs none. Deep requires delegate opt-in. Both tiers are built so that storing face images or biometric data is architecturally impossible.

Standard: No Consent Needed Deep: Delegate Opt-In Required No Faces Stored (Either Tier)
Standard Tier

No consent required

Captures footfall, dwell time, movement and density. No facial analysis, no biometrics. Equivalent to an advanced people counter. Standard CCTV signage is sufficient.

Deep Tier

Delegate opt-in required

Processes facial muscle movement signals to produce emotion scores. Requires informed consent from delegates — typically one checkbox at event registration. No face images or biometric templates stored.
