Yes. Many clients start with Standard for their first event — no consent overhead, faster deployment — and upgrade to Deep once they've seen the value and have the delegate opt-in process in place.
No. Both tiers can be booked per event with no ongoing commitment. Multi-event and annual contracts attract significant discounts.
All plans include a privacy notice amendment template and data retention documentation. Deep tier plans additionally include a DPIA template, Legitimate Interests Assessment, Data Processing Agreement template, and consent language for use in event registration.
Travel and expenses for deployments outside Cardiff are quoted separately as part of the event quotation. UK-wide deployments are fully supported.
