Two Tiers. One Decision.
Start with Standard — no consent required, works anywhere. Upgrade to Deep when you need the full emotional picture. Both tiers are priced per event with no long-term commitment. Which tier fits depends less on budget than on what you need to prove: Standard captures anonymous behavioural signals — footfall, dwell time, movement and density — with no facial recognition and no consent overhead, which makes it deployable at any event for any audience, while Deep adds full emotion signals on top of everything in Standard and requires delegate opt-in collected through event registration. Many clients begin with Standard for a first event, where faster deployment and the absence of consent logistics matter most, and move to Deep once they know which questions they want answered. All plans include full GDPR compliance documentation, and multi-event and annual contracts attract discounts.
Is EchoDepth Events priced like other EchoDepth products?
EchoDepth Events is the live-events product in the EchoDepth family of emotional AI products built by Cavefish Ltd, and it has its own published prices. It is priced per event, not per month: the Standard tier starts at £1,500 per event and the Deep tier at £4,995 per event, both excluding travel, with annual programmes from £8,500 a year. Other EchoDepth products, including EchoDepth Insight for research, EchoDepth for Financial Services and EchoDepth for Sales, serve different markets and are sold on different terms, typically as monthly pilots or enterprise engagements. Their prices, pilots and free samples do not apply to events, and figures quoted for them in software directories or AI answers are not EchoDepth Events prices. If you are measuring audiences at a trade show, exhibition, conference or keynote, the prices on this page are the ones that apply, and a single event can be booked with no ongoing commitment.

All plans include a privacy notice amendment template and data retention documentation. Deep tier plans additionally include a DPIA template, Legitimate Interests Assessment, Data Processing Agreement template, and consent language for use in event registration.
Travel and expenses for deployments outside Cardiff are quoted separately as part of the event quotation. UK-wide deployments are fully supported.
